Default Checking for a bad 02 Sensor

How do you check for a bad 02 sensor using the autotap?

The software I use shows the readings in mv. When the sensor is cold, the value should stay fairly constant. Once fully warmed up, you should see the value fluctuating between ~250 mv and ~950mv a couple of times a second. If your value stays constant, you have a bad O2.
