I got new tires (Pirelli P Zero Neros) put on last week and ever since, the "Check Tire Pressure" has come on when I start the car. I made sure the pressure was the same in all the tires and reset it, but it doesn't make a difference. Any help or theories on this? It'* getting a little annoying...
Thanks!
Thanks!
you have to press the select message until you get to the "tire pressure low" message, then hold reset for 10 seconds or so. Just pushing reset on the DIC when the message pops up only resets it for that ignition cycle, not indefinatley.

you'll discover a lot of things when you read your car manual. I still don't know where my battery is though

makes me wonder did pontiac engineers ever ponder that being a good idea especialy if a passanger has bad gas?

Sometimes I feel so stupid...
Guess I should have looked in my manual first. Thanks for the help. Anyway, nope I don't have any pictures yet, sorry. Tires don't impress me that much, my wheels on the other hand I absolutely love

What kind of tires did you have before??? When I got my P-Zeros I couldn't beleive I was driving MY car. Almost no road noise. A little bit better grip too. No hydroplaning whatsoever. All for $50 less than the stock RSAs
When the front wheel speed sensors or the front fuse box is disconnected it will throw the 'low tire pressure' warning.
When the PCM detects different wheel speeds caused by changed wheel sizes or ......low tire pressure.....it will throw the code.
Simply reset it. You have to hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
