i just recently changed my spark plugs and wires and my car is still saying- Fuel Injector Circuit 3 open, Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected...i dont know if i should replace the fuel injectors or what...
It sounds like the cylinder 3 injector is stuck open and stalling out the car. Swap one of the injectors with a another one (say like injector 5) and put injector 5 in place of 3 and see what happens.
The common cause for that (I assume code P0203) is the wiring or connection to the injector. It could be a bad injector, but it would have to be either open or shorted, not just stuck, in order to throw the code. I'd suggest some resistance or votage checks of the wiring and injectors. That'* easier to do as a start over pulling the fuel rail. Nothing out of the ordinary there, then swapping injectors would be the next step.

On the electrical connector at #3 injector, pin A should read constant batt + (12vdc) with ign. "on". The negative side of the injector is switched at the PCM. But if you wanted to do a continuity check from pin B to the PCM, you would have to go from pin B at the injector end to pin 42 of C2 at the PCM.
