As for vaccum leak.... He has a boost/vac gauge and it is seeing the normal 19 on the vaccum at idle. Not sure if that tells anything or not.
If not, what is reccommended to spray on the lines to look for a vac leak?

They won't always rattle when bad. Does the exhaust sound normal? You might want to have him drive by while you're standing on the side of the road, sometimes you'll hear a whooshing sound.

Well we were at my cousins (a mechanic and also a car guy) and he wanted to give us his opinion so i told the brother to drive by and punch it how he could hear the exhaust. As soon as the brother did it, there was a tiny pop noise and the car gained all its power back. But now you can smell the rotten eggs smell. So i am thinking it was the cat and maybe he like either broke the honeycomb in there or something by getting onto it. But anyways car feels alot better and now i am talking him into a Hogan 3 inch downpipe with the car built in. Told him he might as well get it since he needs a cat anyways.
