Brother has some codes on his L67 2000 SE (updated 10-2)
With the Uncle only seeing one code. My thoughts are the others were history codes. One thing we didn't do and should have was to clear all his current and history codes after getting him up and running. (TJ wouldn't leave the car still long enough though
)
With the history codes now being cleared.. get the car scanned again. Look at current codes and note if there are any history codes.

Yea we are running the pcm from the dropout (the ssei one)
Yea could have been a history code. If the brother gets out of work at a normal time tonight
then we are going to hop back on a scanner and see what codes are back up.
PS--- he had a evap code before we even did the swap, so more then likely that is something associated with the line to the gas tank or something.

As for that comment.... sorry i guess i just fell in love with the low end power i am not use to.
If the evap code was there previously, try removing, cleaning, and lubing the evaporative vent solenoid. That'* by the rear wheels. Follow the tubes from the charcoal cannister, the rectangular black or gray box that is under the car by the back seat, toward the rear of the car. It'* tucked up there a bit. This will give you an idea...

Yes, there is. I mentioned that in a previous post here that could have been the noise he was hearing in the fuel rail. That can have an annoying click if you get close enough to it. I don't know if that would give the large leak code or not. Was that part of the "new" engine, or was that transferred from the car?
The vent solenoid seems to be the more frequent problem. It doesn't seal properly when the system tries to do its vacuum test, but the purge solenoid has come up once or twice, too. As has the hose from the purge solenoid to the cannister.

rescanned for codes. All the same ones returned.
I had a chance to talk to Jared, todd at intense and zoom at zzp. We came up with doing a pcm and putting the SE vin in the ssei pcm. That way it wouldnt look for anything it didnt originally have and that should get rid of the communication code. Along with that we are going to delete the evap and rear o2 codes from the pcm. We are thinking this should take care of everything as far as codes
