Well, my battery keeps dieing in my car...it'* happened several times in the last 2 months. So I'm shopping around for the best battery I can buy...but of course the "vented outside" issue presents something of a problem. The standard Duralast 770 CCA battery is 112 bucks at AutoZone and fits 00-05 LeSabre, 00-05 Bonnie, and the 01+ Aurora (whenever it ended production, I dont remember).

So knowing that the Bonnie is similar to the Caddy STS, I decided to include that vehicle in my search. It is vented the same way and also located under the seat. I think the only difference would be the one for the STS has 860 CCA compared to the Bonnie'* 770 CCA. They are the same price. Would I be safe getting the 860 CCA battery?
