You can't do it yourself. It requires a Tech II scanner to be programmed.

I was also wondering this, Ive been searching for the Mall PGM fuse for a long time assuming if you can program the 2004, you can program a 2002, but I guess not? How much it cost to have somewhere do it for you?

you have to go somewhere that has a Tech 2 scanner to program the remotes. Pricing will vary depening on the familarity of the car to the shop and the rates of the shop

The most likely place to have this done will be a GM dealership. Call first and ask, then find out the price.

Places around here charge about $15

Bonneville don't have the MALL PGM fuse, I know 99 GPs have it beacuse I programmed a remote for that but the only way with a 00+ Bonne is with a Tech II
