have air lines off, cant blow air through them. also the shock doesnt seem to be very shocky (yes i said shocky lol) i jacked under the rear pass hub area and the shock doesnt seam to really do much, the hole car lifts instead of the rear arm. whats going on with this thing? will it help if i put new shocks on? what about the compressor not running... ugh!

Have you checked the fuse? I believe it'* in the maxifuse box on the fire wall under the hood.

You may have to check the owners manual on where exactly the ELC fuse is located. I thought it was in the maxifuse panel.
