Ok, dosn't look like anyone has pix of the Intense FWI or the Thrasher CAI installed. So does anyone have a 2000+ airbox for sale. Or maybe a part number for one. I'm thinking that I might just gut an airbox and just modify some of the parts to make it somewhat a CAI.

Check with Jim C. (Gumball), he has the Intense FWI install in his Bonneville. He may have pics on file for you to look at. I may be installing a FWI on my rig in the near future. It'* a really nice clean installation also.

Got it great pix just what I was looking for. Is there nothing that protects the PCM?

PCM is protected just fine. for the most part it is a self contained unit.
and as for wires... nothing more than regular road/rain traffic anyways.
