Default Air suspension issue 00 SSEi

ok, so i walk out to my car yesterday morning and the rear of my car is sky high. I know for a fact i didnt hit anything in the road that could of damaged my height sensors. The compressor still kicks on everytime and for a while. the shocks just want more. has anyone had this problem? I have no "check suspension/stability system" warnings. Nothing. I tried accessing the data pids on my scanner but could not access anything prob because of my scanner (snap on ethos). I know ford suspensions have a vent solenoid to realease pressure from the air ride. But it feels like a sensor issue. I have driven it, disconnected the air lines and they went down, but when i started her up again they went right back up. Any tips woud be greatly appreciated. thanks, Dan

Check the ELC height sensor in the left whee wheel and see if the connection arm or switch is broke.

well i did test that cause thats originally what i figured it would be. i disconnected the link itself and moved it around while observing the data pid. it was functioning perfectly. i ended up taking the connecter off and disabling the air all together, screw that.
