Air Compressor inlet or outlet?!
I was installing my new 05 Tail lights 
and i noticed that was this under the carpet..
is it for the sle & ssei that have the air thing in the trunk to fill up tires?!??!?!? if so... can I than tap into that?!?! I couldnt find anything in my new Serivce books

thanks Mark. it looks to be a part of the air system... maybe where the SLE/SSEi hooks up for the trunk connection, to inflat things. Pic:
