is there a difference between the 3800 an dthe 3800 supercharged engines? Could I put a supercharge on my 2000 bonneville 3800 without having too much pressure? Also could one off of a 3800 off of a 93 work?

Lotsa stuff to change. LIM, harmonic balancer, PCM, accesory bracket, etc...

The main difference you have to be concerned about is the compression ration difference between the motors. Also the L36 has differnet pistons and rods etc. As long as you keep the boost down, you'll probably be ok. I believe ZZPerformance has a kit available so you can do exactly what you describe.
