I have a 2002 se. I know I don't have the air compressor since I don't have the air button and nozel by the trunk latch. But I was wondering what the compressor looks like or is it the E.L.C. that'* behind the passenger rear tire? (pics would be nice
) I know the car has to be running in order to use the compressor that'* why I ask if it'* the E.L.C. module.

ok, I tried removing the heat shield but the 7/16 and the 11 mm both fit but just slip on the nuts. grr. I'm trying to figure out if I can make the trunk air connection or is that a different version of the compressor?
The majority of fasteners around that size on our cars are 10mm. Actually the only 11mm'* I have found were coil pack bracket mounting nuts.
Give the 10mm a try and if that is loose use a 3/8".

it'* too small, but besides that, is it possible to install the air hose attachment like some of the other bonne models have in the trunk off of this air compressor?
