Wish I had a spare LIM to test with, I may have to go that route.

Going to put in elbow number 7.. or is it 8? I'm losing track now.

Used the RTV sealant on mine while doing the LIM gasket. Has not leaked a drop since August when I did the job.

It'* not my LIM that'* leaking, it'* the coolant elbow that keeps warping and leaking.

Exactly right. I changed my leaking elbow while while doing the LIM. RTV sealant, high temp. Be sure your running distilled water & coolant. What does your temp gauge read? You might be running hot.

Also you need to bleed the cooling system, otherwise the air thats in there screws up the cooling process.

Not running hot, 200 on the gauge as it should be.

I have been bleeding it.

My issue is somethings putting pressure on the elbow and physically warping it. I've been using petroleum jelly and wiggling when I put it in. Something has to be lining up wrong... I'll give it another try tonight/tomorrow and see how it lasts.
