The button on the windshield washer control arm popped off recently, leaving the washer pump running and no way to stop it wiithout jamming the now exposed elecdtrical contacts. I can't get the button to stay put as one of its plastic prongs is broken. Someone told me I had to have a dealer fix this to the tune of $$$$$. Any ideas?

WIPERS/WASHER SWITCH REPLACEMENT That will give you the procedure. Then you can decide if it'* something that you want to do, or have the dealer or a service shop do it.
