2002 rear rattle

Default 2002 rear rattle

replaced rear shocks and mounts replaced rear swaybar bushings and links tightened rear bolts to body WTF? went as far as getting in the trunk as my son drove down the driveway sounds like its near the swaybar pretty quiet down the highway anyone replaced bushings in lower control arm?

Not a whole lot of information here. Where abouts is the rattle? Is it matched to speed? Is it there all the time?

going over bumps sounds like in the rear suspension i went as far as getting in the trunk while my son drove down the driveway sounds like its near the swaybar possible bushings

Check the grease zerks and add some grease. Check over the bushings, you may need to replace them.

2000+ have sealed fitting, so nothing to grease.

Is it an actual rattle or more of a clunk when you go over bumps?

its a clunk sound it is anoyying as hell are the over load bushings at the rear springs?

Check out item # 26, rear suspension link. Look at the bushings and connections at both ends.

If the bushings that are pointed out ad broken it will make noise. Inspect both sides. Also inspect number 2, 3, and 4
