iubgrad2003 is on a distinguished road

My 2000 is having the same problem. I can hear the motor working but the glass doesn't move. The glass does pop up a little in the back and has to be pushed back down by hand. I assume there is something broke connecting the motor to the glass. Has anyone been able to fix this on their own??????
