Default 2000 ssei chilton manual?

Has anyone seen a 2000 bonneville chilton manual? I don't think they make one. I found an 85-2003 haynes manual, but its not a very thick book, and thats a lot of years to cover. I scaned through the book and noticed it missing tons of info that you would expect to see in a repair manual. For instance, my heated seat is broken. I tried to look up the components/parts related, and nothing! can someone point me in the right direction? does Chilton make a manual?

thank you

I haven't been able to find one either. I know I'd really like to know where they can be aquired, or if they even exist!?!?

The Factory Service Manuals published by Helm are your best bet. They are filled with very comprehensive data and information, procedures, specs etc. They come in 2 volume sets specifically for your 2000 Bonneville. They cost about $120 but are wortrh every dime. If you plan to keep your car any lenght of time, and do your own service/repair/troubleshooting, the FSM'* by Helm are a worth while investment. They'll pay for themselves in time if you take maximum advantage of them.

You can go directly to the Helm Publications website to order. Or look on ebay like PontiacDad, you'll get a better deal if there'* any for sale.
