Default service stability system light comes on

Hi all, newbie here....wondering if someone can help me with one of many small problems,beginning with this stability system light coming on,its becoming a pain in the a$$.
Any hints would be helpful,thanks in advance.

Is it on all the time or is the problem intermittent?

seems intermittant,start car in the morning,half way to work the warning comes on and the dinger goes off.

Well if you could have the car scanned for DTC'* (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) that would help us A LOT.

Standard scanning for DTC'* will not pull the codes you need. You have to go to someone with a Tech II scanner. Usually the dealer.
