That would be the Heater Pipe Adapter, I believe the outlet. How do you have that attached to the tensioner if it broke? #1 is the inlet, #2 the outlet.

no the adaptor is still in good shape. there was an insert inside that was destroyed. To be honest it looked like some sort of filter or junk catcher..
