Default Window trim Or somthing?

you know the metal trim that is painted black that is in between the front and rear windows....that are lined up horizontily. well i had to peel some glue off of all 4 pieces, and i used "Oops" which ended up rubbing all the paint off of them. how do i get these off? i dont have the car here with me as its in the shop so im relying on you guys to help me out :P
can i just take them off and replace with different pieces? or should i repaint them myself?

Are you talking about the two vertical black pieces? On the trailing edge of the front window/door and the leading edge of the rear window/door?

I'll have to poke around with mine....but I think that these pieces include part of the window seal, too......and I think there'* some adhesive behind them. I'll poke around and see if I can figure it out. My breakdown only shows the pieces, and not any fasteners.

Jeffrey works in a body shop....Jeffrey! You know what we're talking about here?
