the wheel size won't throw the speedo off, but the overall diameter will. So a bigger 15" tire will be the same as a stock 16" tire.
There were some 2001 SSEI rims for $180 shipped on ebay, 17" chrome, etc.... One had a slight ding in it, but looked true.
