These are Bosch platinum plugs that were in my SC engine for about 25k miles.
This first one looks fairly normal



Look Ma, no center electrode (ground electrode bent for visibility)



Three of them were bad like this.

You trying to tell me I was right?

My 98Z71 did this with the first set of Bosch I ever put into it. In less than 5k miles. You've been fighting this for quite some time, I'd bet.
