OK, well go and get a new PCV valve and follow all instructions to put it in, making sure you get the o-ring(*) right.
Now...does it look like the oil might be coming from a valve cover(*)?

For the valve covers, go back to the actual picture on page one. See the long silver thing with the oil fill cap on it? That'* one of your valve covers. You would look for oil seeping out between the cover and the head. Sometimes the gaskets go bad.
But, that having been said, I'm seeing what Bill and Don are saying about the oil filter.
Since you probably had your oil changed not long ago, at the place where your friend works, you should check your oil filter to see if they tightened it enough (is it loose?) or maybe damaged it by tightening it too much or cross-threaded it when putting it back on (is there leaking oil on or near the filter?).

I got another question, i recently had my harmonic balancer/ crank sensor replaced, would that have anything to do with the oil leaks?

I'm not sure I understand the question? Have you taken the cap off? If not, it should be a twist off.
After the cap is off.. they you take out the PCV, maybe use a pair of needle nose pliers to get at it if it is down in too far to reach with fingers.
