I like mine. Dash lights are bright during the day, then dim at night.

Your dash lights are on day and night, because the sensor is missing. Without the sensor the car is not reading voltage across the eye, and subsequently thinks it'* night time.

The sensor was probably accidentally poked in , so in that hole its obviously dark the sensor thinks its dark outside, that why your headlights are always on.... im thinking of removing mine, really annoying

I have a whole dash pad pulled and it looks like the sensor is installed just like any other dash light. Make it is in the provided slots and turn until it stops. Heres some close up pics. good luck!Attachment 417
