got outta work today bout 65 degrees...drove bout two blocks...went down to about 15....slammed it to the ground...car broke loose at about 20 a little...got to 5000 rpm...shifted felt it brake looose barly...i was doin 60 in about under 5 seconds...i need to get ram air to it so it does that all the time

would the intake cause my car to run a little hotter?

Yes, it will, but only because you're driving it harder.

Wait until your PCM learns the new air supply. It'll get even better.

once the pcm learns it it iwll run cooler ?

No, the pCM won't affect the heat. You're running hotter because you're probably 'performance testing' the intake. AND you're pulling hot engine bay heat in through your cone because you don't have a heat shield or CAI (and you were pulling cold air through the fender with your stock airbox).

The PCM needs time to learn the 'new' amount of air being delivered. Your performance will increase slightly over the next 100 miles or so.
