what is the box under dash for?
I came accross a small silver box under the drivers side of the dash. It's behind the fuses on top of the black kick panel. Just wondering what it's for, abs computer or something?

Did you buy your car off of a fugitive?? |
I wish...then maybe there would have been more then the $1.28 I found in change under the seat :D

It might be a module for a remote car starter...Do you have a remote car starter?
|
Yes, the car does have a remote car starter. Seems kinda big for that but that could very well be it.
|
That's where most installers mount it for easier access to the fuse box & main wiring harness connections through the firewall.
|
you might be describing the computer...
or it could be a remote keyless entry module. |
The PCM is located by the passenger side kick panel....The Remote Keyless Entry System Module is on the RH side of the PCM bracket.
