That is not factory. Its probably from a after market security alarm or keyless remote system or remote starter

Thats part of your Flux Capasitor. Keep it under 88mph and you'll have nothing to worry about.LOLOL

1998 SE........As far as I know nothing has ever been aftermarket installed.....Maybe this was a recall for something? Ryan

I've yanked out after market remote starters and alarms before and the crap always had fuses like that.

If it where my car I would pull the fuses one by one and see what happens.

Could you show us the wires going to the back of that fuse holder. I want to see the wires and the color of them.

Chances are its not hurting anything so you could probably just leave it alone.

Mine has that too, I think it is part of the steering wheel controls or something, do you have steering wheel controls pontiacandryan?

Weird that its not mentioned anywhere, the wiring in mine looks exactly like that, I'll dig through my FSMs tommorow

Todd, that is a factory fuse set up, i have seen it before, i think its for the Steering wheel controlls... its been a while since i have had a 92-99 apart
