According to this thread on another Forum, it was confirmed as a BCM.......

you are getting very very warm
keep looking it should have two connectors one on each opposing sides according to the pic in the service manual

Likewise. FCC numbers usually only appear on items that tranmit or receive radio frequencies. I don't thing the BCM does that directly.
