Default Water leaking into cabin

I have rain water leaking in under the dasboard just right of the gas pedal. I think I've traced it down to the air vent that opens up when you select Max air conditioning. Is there a drain located in the ductwork between this vent and the outside air intake located under the cowl. I have the cowl removed but I'm having difficulties getting a good look down inside the duct.
