He has a Roadforce balance where he works so that is the route to go for now. That would eliminate/confirm the tires as the culprit.

if it were the HB, wouldn't the vibration be felt whenever the motor was running and not just while the car was actually moving?

does it make an noise? If if makes a humming sound with the vibration it might be a hub assemly?
