Vehicle weight.

Is the vehicles weight printed somewhere on the car? Or better yet, to save me a third look, what is it?

there is a way to figure it out by hte sticker on the drivers door, although i dont remember

isnt that sticker on the door how much weight our cars CAN hold..not what they actually weigh

yea the GVWR on the door is the max weight the car can carry. Ive seen a few places where the 95-99'* weigh about 3446lbs. These bonnes are beefy but not as beefy as the newer ones i know that.

yea the 2000+ are about 400 lbs heavier

Here is my manufacture sticker on the drivers door, here you'll see the GVRW

Here you'll see the vehicle capacity... 926 Lbs

Take the GVRW 4413 Lbs and subtract the vehicle capacity from it
-926 Lbs

So my car should weigh 3487 Lbs... Sounds right to me... Seems that I was always 20 pounds off... lol

My 91 has a bit diffrent passenger rating...as its a 6 passenger car and the 95 is a 5 passenger car... But the same can be done either way...lol
