Does anybody know what you torque the valve covers too on the 99 3800?

According to my little chart here, it'* 7 foot pounds, or 84 inch pounds. Don't over do it or you wil crush the gasket and it will leak.

Oops, sorry, although 5 inchers shouldn't harm it is the wrong number at 89. Should be 84 like Dan said.

Also, make sure that'* in inch pounds, NOT foot pounds
