Yes, Thank GOD! GM figured since the car passed emisions without it, why install one. After all why spend $1000'* of Dollars on parts that are needed right? GM later regretted that decision because of all the burnt valves & cracked exhaust manifolds due to the higher heat. 93, the EGR Valve re-appeared & has stayed ever since.

Hell I seen a series II bonneville, dont remember the year, sell for like $800 because the radiator was destroyed and the drivers side steering and tire and a couple more things where wrong but not engine or trans damage, cause it did start and idled fine (front and quarter panel impact) Damn if I invested a little money...

If you had a entire car how hard would it be to drop it all down into a pre-'95 bonnie?
