Vacuum line/hoses need to be replaced
I'm trying to locate some vacuum line/hoses that connect to the TB and a couple sensors on the front of the motor. I hate sounding like an idiot, but i just dont know what they're called :( If you guys could help me locate them, or tell me what they are, i would REALLY appreciate it! lol thanks
awesome!! Great picture! Yea the one that leads from the throttle body to i think a sensor or somewhere. They all nearly look the same. I need them all actually, a buddy of mine didnt know i had the spark plugs out, and tried to fire my car up, which pushed out gas that was in the motor and ignited some of the wires and almost all those vacuum lines :(
damn*t!! lol yea i was thinking that would be the easiest way, but eh, who likes to go that route right?? JK, thanks for your help. Do you by any chance know what those lines are for or what they're called?
WTF Haro? (You usually suggest the lower cost route???)
Why are we suggesting dealer before checking a local JY? $5 vs $50 If it'* the line above the valve cover, nearly any car with an NA 3800 from 95 and up will work great.
I'd hit the JY first, then the dealer. I recently paid $30 for the horseshoe vac line on my L67 motor. And that was discounted.
