Default Using POR20 on a new Exhaust - Trans Cooler Hose sizes

Hello
I have to replace the exhaust on my 93 SSE and I was wondering if painting the new exhaust with POR20 is recommended to prevent from rusting.
I will replace from the DP back. Anyone have any experience using the POR20 on the exhaust parts?

Also I have to replace the trans cooler rubber hoses. Does anyone know the size of the hoses? I went to Autozone and they only sell the hose by the foot but they need the diameter size.
When I replace the hoses, will all the trans fluid come out or just some? What kind of trans fluid does my car need?

Thank you.

No need to treat the exhaust. It should only mildly surface rust on the outside. It'* mandrel-bent stainless steel.

Measure your lines. Or take one off and take it with you. There were 2 different coolers available in the 92-95'*, and there'* no way to know for sure yours is original without you taking pics. If you do that, you might as well measure.

Use any name-brand trans fluid. NOT synthetic. Especially on a trans with high miles.
