Angry Upper Radiator Hose gets EXTREMELY TIGHT

What'* going on guys! Back with the 95 Bonneville...and of course it'* OBD 1.5..there'* a few things but it will get to the Radio fir hose.....seems I'm lacking in the gitty up when taking off from a stop....as if it'* dragging to get to 2nd gear..I'm damn near red lining before it shifts but once it does get to second it'* rolling....now if I'm not mistaken....say I'm doing around 50 mph...my rpms should be at a constant 2500-3000rpm....instead of dropping and me having to get on the gas more...then it accelerates back up....so I was checking things out and always notice my upper radiator hose is tighter than normal...been bleed..new thermo and water pump....don't wanna lean towards a Trans issue...any suggestions?
