Ok, but when was the plenum made? Because although it has been noted that the 99 plenums have not been known to fail, 98s have (even a Delphi.) A 99 Bonne could have a 98 plenum.

You can check the 3 clock stamps molded into the top of the plenum to give you that date.

1999 model year vehicles UIMs' are NOT exempt from failing.
