Default Under the hood, loose fuel line connector?

I have a 1995 Bonne. (3800 II) and I can sometimes smell gas. Under the hood I found the two fuel lines and one of the connectors when pressed down leaks/releases fuel. But the other connector is tight and cant be pressed down. My question is, does anyone else with a 95 Bonne (or prob anyother series II) have one fuel connector that can be pressed down and have fuel released. Here is a pic of what I am talking about:

thanks in advanced!

Those lines should not leak at all! My guess is, the line is fine, the connection is bad. I would defintally look into getting that fixed asap!
