Default UIM

Any way to tell how new a UIM is? I have had my car for about 2.5 years now. 186000 miles on it. It scares me knowing it might be an original UIM. Where would I look for this info on my intake manifold.

The date is stamped right on top, in three different little date stamp codes. I think on the left (pass. side) is the day, then in the middle is the month, on the right is the most important one, the year.

ok, only thing I found was 2 date stamps on top of UIM. One is 1-12(month) and the other is 0-30. (day of month) Found a sticker that says Delphi 2 along with a bar code and a big # underneath it. First date stamp is between 2 and 3 and second is 25. Hope any of this info helps determining the DOM.

Trust me the year code is on there. It is the right most one near the very end (driver'* side) of the UIM. Mine was pretty faint, so look closely, should have a range like 00-06, or 94-99 or similar and a little arrow pointing to the year yours was manufactured.

So far we only know that yours was manufactured in Feb or March on the 25th...

EDIT: Here'* a pic

And here'* a link:

If you're going to, get a Dillon intake. Details are in that article.
