Red face turnsignals flashing funny?

lately my turnsignals have been acting funny they go slow and fast all the outside lights work could it be some kind of relay and if so wheres it located

could be a flasher, but have you checked the connections to the bulbs? the flashers are desgined to flash really fast, hyperflash, when a bulb is burned out or not connected

does'nt flash fast it blinks all the time when i put it on but the rhythm is off only light i have out is a brake light
