Default turn signal arm replacement!

Hey guys sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but the turn signal arm in my buick is lose and no longer unclicks it self after makeing left turns i have to flick it up my self and it bugs me. I am wanting to know a way to replace it or repair it any one does this before on a bonne or anything like that btw the car is a 97 sabre
