Default Tune Up

Hey everyone,
I plan on giving my car a tune up but im not sure what exactly i would need..

i know spark plugs, wires, oil, oil filter, and air filter but i have no clue what brands or sizes i should be buying.

If anyone knows what i need to get and the brands i should be please let me know .

Thanks,

Stay away from Bosch and Fram.

Spark plugs - NGKs, Autolites, or AC Delco.
Wires - Well, this is preference really. I use the Advance lifetimes, havent had a prob with them.
Oil - take your pick
oil filter - Again, AC Delco is a good choice, Purolator is my usual.
Air filter - Yet again, AC Delco. Frams may be a bit restrictive

You should also look into an O2 sensor, PCV valve, and a good throttle body cleaning.

O2? AC Delco or Denso. Never Bosch or Wells.

You don't have a distributor. Forget the cap.
