Another post about Oil Pressure!
My car is going back to the dealer on warranty tomorrow. The PSi gauge never goes under 45psi when it is warm. But it never goes much higher when it is Cold. Has me worried. Any chance that it was changed with an 'idiot light' sending unit and it only sends one signal, good?
Well, what ever the outcome the car is still warrantied and I have only put 800 miles on it, so Bresee Chevy will have to eat it if the pump is bad or something. Car makes no noise at all.
Also, do the 3800 Gen II even get close to the 120 PSI end of the gauge? That is why I am worried, the gauge goes so high, but it never gets over 45-50psi. :(
