Trunk problem =(

Is it sopposed to pop up or anything mine will open if somebody is pushing the button and somebody is pulling up on the trunk hood.

It is only supposed to unlatch, but not open all of the way.

mine only works when it wants to but in my buick their a switch in the glovebox for the trunk relase. if its off my trunk open button and if it on well u know what happens.

Same here. Or I just go back and forth, pulling up on the trunk and wiggling it, then pressing the button...sometimes that works, but it takes several minutes. Very frustrating sometimes. Bill had the same problem and fixed it. He should know how to solve the problem.
