Default trunk light stays on
Replaced trunk light bulb and trunk light doesn't go off when trunk is closed. Anyone have a solution to this problem thanks.

Where is the switch? I looked at the lock mechanism and around there but can't say I saw the switch.

So it'* on the latch and not the mechanism. OK thanks I'll check that out after work.

It is on the latching mechanism mounted on the inside of the trunk lid you should be able to see the little lever/tab right there
