Trouble code--Quad driver's mode B

Trouble code--Quad driver'* mode B
i scaned my car today and found that code. I cleared and it didnt come back but i didnt drive the car aroudn either what does it mean. It was a history code.

would haing a vacume leak from a loose supercharger cause it to throw codes. 4 of my fuel injectors were also cracked and the tb gasket was bad. would any of this cause it to throw those codes

I believe the boost control solenoid operates with engine vacuum, so if it is returning the wrong electrical signal back to the PCM you could get that code. I would clear the code and see if it comes back.
