Default Tricky Stabilizer Link Problem 92 ssei

For about a year I always had this clunkety-clunk in the front end of the car, especially when going slow over a series of small bumps. It sounded like the front stabilizer links. I checked them many times but they always looked ok. Well one day there was one rubber bushing and one large washer missing from one side. What had happened was that the bolt was broken, but all the parts stayed on, and when you looked at it, it always looked fine. So if you have this noise, grab the stab. links with vice grips or something and see if they are really in one piece.

Yup. Happens to all cars sooner or later, not just Bonnes. My story:
