HD bigger stronger parts same problems but come later than a regular 4t60-e.

I've been pitchin this one for a while, click on Bill Wrens SSEi link in his signature, he has a time line that clearly lists all engines, stats and and trannys on all Bonevilles from 87 to now

1991? - 1993? - 4T60-E HD - Same as 4T60-E except with a few heavy duty
parts (mainly final drive gearset) for supercharged 3.8l V-6 application.

1992 - 1997 - 4T65-E - Very similar to 4T60-E with many common components,
but many major differences also.

These are the years pontiac supposedly used those transmissions in their cars. Not sure if they threw that out the window for the Bonneville and kept using 4t60E-HD'* till '96...where did you find your info Jr?

Haha ya know what I read the damn thing wrong. They weren't USED from '92-97 they were designed in '92 and produced in '97 haha I'm a sucker
