wanted to add a note about the Output shaft seal.

I didn't need to use a crow bar. Once the 6 nuts around the shaft were removed, it only needed a slight nudge with a flathead screw driver. and USE rubber mallet when installing.

If that was the case, the seal wasn't, well, sealing. Probably lost it'* seating in the bore.

I wish I had a camera to show how it looked. It was clean all the way around for the most part. The one spot had been bent back to about the depth of one of those small trim nails. I drove the car for about 15 miles and then let it sit for 30 minutes and no leak=)
